Digital Marketing Specialist
What your primary duties are:
- Assess characteristics of services to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs of the company;
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media;
- Advise management on advertising or sales promotion strategies;
- Be responsible for all website content and for creating and implementing the content strategy;
- Gather, research and prepare communications material for internal and external audiences;
- Develop, implement and evaluate communications strategies;
- Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key customers;
- Prepare reports, briefs, presentations, press releases.
What we look for:
- A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications or journalism;
- At least two years of digital marketing experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Organization and time management skills;
- Understanding of the products or services the company sells and their industry;
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales, website, and social media statistics;
- Knowledge of search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and other digital marketing methods.
Software Developer
What your primary duties are:
- Write, modify, integrate and test the digital platform;
- Work on technical issues and analyze information;
- Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required;
- Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions;
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software;
- Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications;
- Prepare reports and confer with management to obtain information on limitations or capabilities.
What we look for:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree;
- Experience in digital platform development, testing and automation;
- The desire to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Creativity is always a plus;
- Deep programming language knowledge.
Real Estate Sales Supervisor
What your primary duties are:
- Solicit property sales listings;
- Assist in selling property by establishing asking price, advertising the property, listing the property with listing services;
- Assist prospective investors in selecting and making offers of purchase on real estate properties;
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
What we look for:
- Completion of secondary school;
- Completion of a real estate training course;
- Real Estate experience;
- An active Real Estate License with the REBGV is an asset;
- Exceptional time management, communication and project management skills.
Legal Assistant
What your primary duties are:
- Assist in preparing and prepare correspondence and legal documents;
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage;
- Schedule appointments, meetings and conferences;
- Set up and maintain filing systems;
- Control confidential materials and documents;
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail;
- Co-ordinate the flow of information in organization.
What we look for:
- Completion of secondary school;
- Completion of a one or two-year college or other program for secretaries or legal secretaries;
- Experience as a legal administrative assistant;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Enjoys a challenge and expanding their knowledge base.
